Welcome to PlayMap. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PlayMap website and progressive web app (the “Service”), operated by PlayMap Co. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who can use PlayMap

PlayMap is intended for users 18 years or older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. Parents and guardians may add information about activities involving children, but accounts themselves must be held by adults.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens on your account. Please don’t share your login. You can delete your account any time from the Account page.

3. Content you submit

When you submit reviews, spots, photos, or other content, you grant PlayMap a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You keep ownership of your content. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or designed to harm others.

4. Reviews and listings

Reviews must reflect a real visit and a genuine opinion. We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our policies (spam, abuse, personal information, off-topic content, or not a real visit). Business owners may not write reviews of their own businesses.

5. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep spot information current, but PlayMap is a community-driven directory. Hours, prices, ages, and availability can change at any time. Please confirm important details directly with the venue before you visit, especially anything involving safety, accessibility, or special needs.

6. Safety disclaimer

PlayMap helps you discover places to take your family. We are not responsible for what happens at those places. You are responsible for supervising your children and assessing whether a location is appropriate and safe for them.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, free trial terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. You can cancel any active subscription from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of PlayMap after that means you accept the new Terms.
